Process of Booking of VNR Nursery Plants is detailed as under:

Step 1:

Intimation of Name, Address, Contact number, e-mail ID along with the no. of plants to be booked to following  e-mail address or contact number through submission of filled advance booking form –

Step 2:

Deposit advance – as per advance amount mentioned in rate list chart – for plants to be booked in the following Bank account – No Cash to be deposited in VNPL Bank account

Step 3:

Please send us the filled booking form with all details with photocopy of Adhaar Card  &  PAN Card.

Step 4:

Confirmation from VNPL regarding receipt of amount and the booking through email / text message / telephone call.

Note: Availability of plants may take 5 to 6 months from date of booking.

Planting material being an agricultural product, natural and other factors like weather conditions, irrigation related issues etc. can directly influence or delay the actual availability of plants.

Step 5:

VNPL will inform you regarding time of delivery, you are expected to deposit balance  amount of the plant cost 7-10 days  before delivery date and take delivery from VNPL nursery at Kohadia (35 km. from Raipur town)

Note: Growers are expected to deposit balance amount and take delivery within 15 days from date of confirmation for delivery. If deposit of balance amount is delayed beyond 15 days period, plants will be given to the person next to you in booking list and your booking will be treated as fresh booking

Step 6:

VNPL suggest growers to transport plants in crates, these crates can be used by depositing Rs. 900/ crate as refundable security in VNPL account. The refunds will be processed on delivery of these crates at VNPL Kohadia.

The return transportation cost will be adjusted in refundable security. Growers are requested to kindly send the transportation receipt to VNPL for taking delivery from railways/ road transporters by speed post or courier. Delay in this action by growers results in additional charges payable to railways or transport company as storage & handling.

Refund process needs photo copy / image of passbook face page for account & bank details & photocopy of  PAN card through mail at accounts@vnrnursery.in & cc to info@vnrnursery.in

Note: VNPL does not take responsibility of transit loss (damage, theft, breakage etc. during transportation) or mortality of plants during storage and after plantation at grower field

Booking Cancellation

VNR Nursery is pleased to inform you that in the healthy spirit of business dealings with the farmers, no deduction is made as cancellation charges in the booking amount of growers.

Plants booked by growers/farmers through booking form & advance payment can be cancelled, a written request needs to be made for refund of the booking amount as per following:

  1. Grower’s/Farmer’s need to send a written request through e-mail, letter (Regd. Post/Speed Post) stating reason for the cancellation of the booking.
  2. This letter should be send along with bank account details.
  3. Bank Name, Branch Code, Address of the Branch, IFSC code of The Branch. This account should be the same account from which the booking amount was paid. Image of the cancelled cheque or First page of bank passbook needed.
  4. Copy of Aadhar card, Pan Card and duly filled booking form must be attached with the letter.
  5. The e mail / letter along with asked details and attachments should be sent at –

  6. The refund will be processed within 15 – 21 working days from the date of receipt of the written request & submission of required documents.

  7. For inquiring on the subject of cancellation and refund, Farmer/Grower can call us on the mentioned phone number on working days: Monday – Saturday, in between 10AM – 5PM.
